Dr. Dritjon Gruda
holds a doctorate in Psychology from the Goethe University Frankfurt in Germany, as well as a PhD degree in Management from EMLYON Business School in France.
At the same time he is currently completing his fifth Master's degree, the last one being in Affective Neuroscience at Maastricht University.
In his research Dr. Gruda focuses mainly on how relationships with others impact our ability to relate to others successfully. In his teaching Dr. Gruda focuses on the importance of recognizing different relationship styles and where the need to relate comes from, both from a psychological as well as neuroscientific perspective.
